USC Fertility's proficient office staff is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and worry-free administrative process so that the patients at USC Fertility can focus on their most vital goal - achieving a successful pregnancy. This team's attention to scheduling, billing and record keeping helps to make the administrative portion of your time at USC Fertility as brief and worry-free as possible.



Heidi Linscomb
- Practice Manager
Heidi has been an integral member of USC Fertility since 1996. As office manager, she oversees all of the non-clinical aspects of the practice, including the scheduling and supervision of the office staff, administration of the surgery center, and coordination of special events. In addition, Heidi is the chief liaison between the physicians and the embryology, nursing, and office staff. She also deals with all issues regarding media relations, practice publications, and community relations.

Heather Spessert
- Assistant Practice Manager
Heather joined our practice in 2004. She assists with the management of the front office and is also responsible for surgery center scheduling and administration.

Christina Martinez
- Billing Manager
Christina became part of the USC Fertility team in 2001 after transferring from a similar position at USC OB/GYN, Inc. As Billing Manager, Christina oversees all aspects of billing and helps patients file claims for insurance company reimbursement.  

Esmeralda LeFonts
- Medical Secretary
Esmeralda joined the practice in 2005 and has over 15 years of front-office experience. She routes all incoming calls, coordinates patient scheduling and maintains patient records.

Rachel Perez
- Medical Secretary
Rachel joined USC Fertility in 2007, having served as medical secretary for USC Neurosurgery since 2002. With eight years of experience, she routes all incoming calls, coordinates patient scheduling and maintains patient records.
